A 15 - 20 drive away from our B&B is the walled Limerick City and tourist attractions including King John's Castle, tracing Frank McCourt's footsteps on the Angela's Ashes walking tour, enjoy wonderful art at the Limerick City Gallery of Art and the Hunt Museum and take in a game of rugby at the home of the provincial side Munster, at Thomond Park Stadium.

Our Philosophy

Living and working with beautiful rare-breed animals on a country small-holding brings you as close to nature as you can get.

This is the experience we want our guests to treasure – tactile; genuine; exciting, sustainable; enriching; unforgettable. When you have collected a just-laid hen's egg, cuddled a baby piglet, fed a pony, visited happy pigs in the field, you have an experience to treasure for ever, an experience that is both pastoral, but also philosophical.
